Who we are
This website is operated by Pavlos Antoniou, trading as Velpano Technologies, based in Limassol, Cyprus ("Velpano", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at pavlos@velpano.com.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry
- Your name, business name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The service you are interested in, an optional budget range, your preferred consultation method and your project description
- The page you submitted from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign labels in that link (for example “email” or “outreach”)
When you browse
Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website securely and to detect abuse. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam, including rate limiting and automated-submission checks: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To understand which campaigns bring inquiries, using campaign labels only: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Website hosting (Vercel Inc.)
- Transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications (Resend)
- Our business email provider, which stores the inquiry email we receive
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a project, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
