The problem that inspired it
Agency information tends to live in Excel files, shared drives, WhatsApp threads, email attachments and paper contracts. As listings and clients grow, finding the right plot, document or contact takes longer than it should.
Property details that matter in Cyprus, such as registration numbers, planning zones, building density and title status, are rarely held in one structured place.
The solution
Aether gives the agency one source of truth. Properties carry structured land and building attributes, link to their documents and owners, and appear on a map. Clients are matched to properties by budget and preference.
A public marketplace publishes selected listings without exposing owner contact details, and buyers can search in plain language.
