The problem that inspired it
Small landlords often run their properties from a mix of spreadsheets, bank statements, messaging apps and paper folders. Rent that is late, repairs that are open and deadlines that are approaching are easy to lose track of.
At tax time, the same information has to be pulled back together by hand, property by property.
The solution
Stegi gives each property a single record: tenants, leases, rent received, costs and repairs. A dashboard surfaces what needs attention, such as overdue rent, open repairs, new messages and the next deadline.
Reports summarise income and costs per property and export to CSV, and tenants can raise repair requests through a private link for their unit.
Key features
Rent ledger
Record rent received and payment method per tenancy, and see overdue amounts at a glance.
Repairs and maintenance
Track repair requests from report to completion, including requests raised by tenants.
Leases
Generate lease documents as PDF in Greek or English.
Reports
Income, costs and net result per property, with CSV export.
Tenant portal
A private per-unit link that lets tenants contact the landlord and report repairs without an account.
Four languages
English, Greek, Russian and Hebrew interfaces, including right-to-left layout.
